Role Purpose:

Business - Khansaheb Bespoke Contracting Villa Finishing

Incumbent will lead site team for overall execution of projects to the required quality within time and budget. In charge of a building contract and, as such, must be aware and in control of all aspects of site operations, including the planning of site progress. It is the manager/agent who has responsibility for both the profitability of operations and adherence to the agreed construction and cost plans.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

 1.Running the site from setup to completion, controlling all aspects of site operations & management
2.Ensuring the project runs to schedule and to budget, and finding solutions to problems that may cause delays, such as the late arrival of materials. Able to coordinate with Specialist for design & site activities.
3.Liaise with PQS & PM to review cost related issues like budgets, allowances, s/c prices, variation claims etc.
4.Discuss Material Procurement schedule to meet program requirement to avoid delays.
5.Proper Calculations for Material requirement
6.Requisitioning for Material
7.Assist in preparation of Main Contract Program & monitor.
8.Forecast of Labour & Plant.
9.Set Targets and Monitor Productivity/Performance of Labour & Subcontractors.
10.Leading regular site meetings with project teams, professionals, including quantity surveyors, building services engineers, foremen, subcontractors, and the client who has commissioned the building.
11.Prepare or assist Method Statements and all other site documentation.

13.Train and identify training requirements for staff.
14.Compile accurate monthly reports for Client and HO reflecting accurately the work to date.
15.Carry out the Coordination of information & technical matters. On large project specifically assigned as project coordinator
16.Maintaining strict quality control procedures - this necessitates regular testing of materials, visual inspections of work, and frequent tours of the site.
17.Monitor site testing records – especially the concrete cubes.
18.Conducting regular site safety checks.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Degree in Engineering
8 to 10 years of experience. Experience in Villa finishes is essential.
Should be Influencing, Negotiating & Customer Focussed
Expert in Planning, Organizing, Scheduling & Coordinating
Should be good in Decision Making, Problem Solving & Time Management.
Fluent in English – written, Oral & Presentation.
