Role Purpose:

A Trainee Engineer is an entry-level position where recent engineering graduates receive structured, on-the-job training. Working under the supervision of senior staff, trainees transition academic theory into practical skills, learn standard operating procedures, and assist with research, design, and project management.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Shadowing & Mentorship: Observing senior engineers during technical operations, meetings, and project planning sessions.
• Research & Data Analysis: Conducting desktop and field research, collating data, and preparing reports for stakeholders.
• Task Assistance: Completing practical and administrative duties delegated by supervisors, such as drafting basic blueprints or logging system bugs.
• Site Visits: Travelling to different locations or job sites to gain practical, on-the-ground experience in their specific discipline.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhering strictly to health, safety, and quality guidelines while executing tasks

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree (B.E. or B.Tech) in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Computer Science) from an accredited university.
• Soft Skills: Strong written and oral communication, attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive thinking and an analytical mindset when troubleshooting or suggesting process improvements.
